Paulo was very prompt in responding to my emails and calls. He was also patient and kind when answering every question I had. On the day of my loan closing I had an unpleasant conversation with someone from the Title Agency and he took the time to listen and addressed my concerns. Could’ve been better on both those accounts. Honestly felt like a number and it took a long time to the point where I wasn’t sure what was going on. Again, communication for the client is key.
